Moutere Strawberries
We are a small local family business that produces amazing fresh strawberries ,frozen strawberries and real fruit jams.You can find us at 20 Neudorf Road Upper Moutere , Tasman
Upper Moutere is a beautiful picturesque spot that experiences hot summers and frosty winters ideal for strawberry growing.
Our strawberries are hydroponically grown outside without tunnels, so the bees and bumble bees are free to pollinate the flowers, and the fresh air and sunshine gives them a beautiful flavour.
We are not certified Organic but we use IPM integrated pest management to control most of our predators , and encourage the population of lady bugs and other beneficial insects.
Spraying is kept to a minimum and when it is necessary organic sprays are used.
Most of our strawberries are sold through our farm shop at 20 Neudorf Road, but you will also find them at Mapua Fruit and Vege and New World Motueka.
